About Us:

ValueLabs a leading IT consulting and services company seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our internal team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for desktop systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktop systems, applications, and hardware.
• Respond to and resolve Employee inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, virus scans, and disk cleanups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
• Create and deploy desktop images and configure new desktop systems.
• Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deleting user profiles.
• Ensure desktop systems comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices. with operating systems of Windows, MAC systems.
• Linux experience is a good to have.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably Looking for Immediate joiner local to Hyderabad.
