We seek a highly skilled Campaign & Integration Manager to oversee end-to-end ad campaign execution, manage platform integrations, and optimize performance for maximum ROI.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in OEM advertising, team leadership, and programmatic media operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of campaign setup, including bid strategies, targeting, and creative trafficking.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROI, etc.) and proactively optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with advertisers to define campaign objectives, aligning them with Flamy Ads' capabilities.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign success, partner performance, and inventory utilization.
- Provide data-driven optimization recommendations to enhance platform efficiency and ad spend ROI.
- Manage integrations between DSP and SSP platforms, ensuring seamless OpenRTB communication.
- Onboard new supply and demand partners, handle testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Coordinate with supply-side partners to ensure inventory quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Desired Profile:
- Must have experience in OEM advertising and programmatic media buying.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in campaign optimization and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, OpenRTB protocols, and ad-tech integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
