Production Engineer (Mixer Grinders)

Position Overview:- This role involves a whole production and in-process quality responsibilities of Mixer grinders..

Role & responsibilities

1. Motor manufacturing:-

• To achieve production numbers on daily and monthly basis.
• To monitor all process parameters as per the control plans.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including quality and R&D and development team to develop new products or to improve existing ones. Ensuring products meet quality standards and process requirements.
• Making the production and process reports on the daily basis.
• Inform to HOD if there is any abnormal issues in the department.
• In-depth knowledge of powder coating and phosphating process.

2. Assembly Section:-

• Responsible to eliminate/minimizes process rejections in the department.
• To indent the raw material and BOPs from the store as per the next day production plan.
• Reconciliation of raw material, finished goods.
• Transfer finished goods to FG area on day to day basis.
• Meet the daily production plan as well as the monthly production targets.
• Co-ordinate with quality team to make the product as per the required quality aspects.
• To follow and implement the EHS safety norms in the work place in order to achieve Zero accident policy.
• To depute the assembly man power at their allocated jobs as per their capabilities.
• To make the rejection/scrap records of the material.

3. Jar manufacturing:-

• Issuance of raw material from store.
• Allocated right man power on the machines as per their capabilities .
• To control the rejection and rework in the department.
• To shift finished parts to next department for further processing.
• To follow all safety related norms on press machines in order to avoid any accident.
