Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hyderabad

Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US recruitment, specifically in marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, F1, L1, GC, and USC). This position requires someone who can effectively communicate with consultants and vendors, develop new client relationships, and manage the full lifecycle of bench sales recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for finding, submitting, and closing candidates for open job opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Consultant Management & Client Interaction:

    • Develop and maintain new contacts with tier 1 vendors/clients.
    • Communicate daily with bench consultants, updating them on submissions, interviews, and opportunities.
    • Understand consultants' resumes and format them according to client requirements.
    • Arrange interviews with tier 1 vendors or end clients, coordinating all interview logistics.
    • Follow up with consultants and clients at every stage of the recruitment process to ensure smooth communication and placement.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from lead generation to final placement.

Lead Generation & Networking:

    • Proactively search and secure new business by cold calling and developing relationships with potential clients.
    • Work to expand your network and database of clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for consultants.

Sourcing & Submissions:

    • Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, etc.), social media, and direct outreach.
    • Submit resumes to appropriate job postings and clients on a regular basis.
    • Assist consultants with resume formatting, job preparation, and market research as needed.

Contract Management & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and contract requirements (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, H1 Transfers).
    • Be well-versed in contract terms such as Non-Compete Agreements (NCA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Addendums, and Memorandums.
    • Handle the full cycle of bench sales recruitment, from initial contact to consultant placement.

Recruitment Cycle Management:

    • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
    • Ensure all candidates are properly briefed, coached for interviews, and supported during the recruitment process.
    • Assist in closing candidates and finalizing placement agreements with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in bench sales recruiting.

  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Clear understanding of US staffing processes and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc.).
    • Experience working with visa types such as H1B, OPT, CPT, F1, L1, GC, and USC.
    • Familiar with W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, and H1B transfer processes.
    • Knowledge of various contracts such as NCA, NDA, Addendums, and Memorandums.

  • Sourcing Skills:
    • Proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google for candidate sourcing.
    • Experience in conducting both active and passive candidate searches.

  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, vendors, and clients.

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
    • Strong ability to generate leads and create new opportunities by cold calling potential clients.

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:
    • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships successfully.
    • Ability to close candidates and ensure placements are finalized.
