Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will lead FutureTech Factory One into the future by finding and placing the right candidates for the available positions, streamlining the recruiting process, and to refine the hiring quality to meet the company's workforce needs and goals. The success of FutureTech Factory One is in your hands.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on various platforms.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter

candidates within schedule.

  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection

process.

  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Use multi-channel approach to recruit.
  • Promote company's reputation as best place to work.
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Interview candidates following company's rules and regulations.
  • Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods.
  • Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
  • Communicating with business owners and industry professionals to identify research

objectives.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all types of people is important, as research analysts

deal with co-workers, managers, clients, and vendors in their job.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong attention to detail
  • In charge of communicating job descriptions, company values, culture, and mission to

potential hires.

  • Should be Tech Savvy
  • Accurately respond to questions, pass on information between parties and efficiently

summarize employer feedback.

  • Keep interview schedules flowing smoothly and successfully manage the multiple tasks

recruiting involves, like writing job posts, screening applicants, running background checks,

scheduling interviews, and finalizing job offers.

  • Need to be comfortable using the internet for research, advertising, and outreach

Education Level:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and

assessing candidates.
