Job Description :

As a Technical Lead, the candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. The role demands a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

The candidate will also be involved in projects related to factory automation and artificial intelligence/machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of developers to achieve project objectives.

Required Candidate Profile :

Education & Experience :

Qualification : Master's degree in Engineering (BE) or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).

Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in C++ or C#.

Core Skills :

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.

- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

- Experience in designing scalable and robust software architectures.

Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills :

- Hardware Experience : Familiarity with socket and serial communication.

- Multithreading Expertise : Experience working with multithreaded applications.
