Role Overview Description
A specialised call handling service for the Property Management Industry, primarily Out of Hours managing over 850,000 maintenance emergencies over 350+ client portfolios. This client also provide a comprehensive reactive and planned fully managed maintenance service over all trades and UK postcodes via our Renovo service. The client call handling service - for Property Professionals by Property Professionals

Key Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using N8N.
● Manage and optimise data storage solutions using MongoDB.
● Collaborate closely with the development team to build new products and enhance existing property management solutions.
● Work with the internal IT team to automate processes and workflows, driving operational efficiency.
● Continuously monitor and improve automation processes to ensure high performance and reliability.
● Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies.
● Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
● Engineering Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience with N8N: Understanding of N8N workflow automation is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential.
● MongoDB Knowledge: Familiarity with MongoDB for data storage and management.
● Coding Experience: Basic experience in coding (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js) is preferred but not mandatory.
● Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
