• Responsibilities:
1. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
2. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the agriculture industry and present our
products or services.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer
suitable solutions.
4. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services and address customer
objections.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
in the CRM system.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
7. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-
development.
• Requirements:
1. Previous experience in tele-sales or telemarketing, preferably in the agriculture industry, but not
mandatory.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales
targets.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening abilities.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
6. A bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
