Investment counsellor


One of the leading AMC (Asset management Company) is looking out its Investment Counsellor/ Product Specialist in Hyderabad & Bangalore.

Candidate should have a good experience & exposure in Mutual funds sales.


Role:


- Responsible to enable the Sales team by leveraging product knowledge and support them.


- Primarily responsible for conducting product trainings and knowledge sessions for internal employees, distributors, Clients & Corporates.

- Support the Sales team for achieving their product level targets assigned according to their Region.

- To be the Single point of contact for all Product related queries in the Region.

Key Accountabilities:

- Responsible for Concept Selling across the region, leveraging distributor relationships, Clients & Corporates.

- Support the Sales team for achieving their product level targets assigned according to their regions.

- To conduct Regular Training and Knowledge Sessions for Internal Employees across the Region for continuous Knowledge upgrade, Keep the Sales Team updated with any product related information and ensure each employee speaks the same language (Common Pitch).

- To conduct Regular Huddles/Conference Calls / Meetings with Distributors, Clients & Corporates.


- Articulate the products & Market Outlook effectively, position products in the best interest of all stakeholders, simplify all aspects of Capital market.

- To actively work on Distributors who do not support the Sales team and help them in onboarding the company products.

- To work with Sales Team in increasing distribution spread and product Mix.

- During Branch visits ensure providing critical ground Feedback for enhancing business activities, any other feedback pertaining to branch/ distribution/ team/Customer Service etc.

- Support to create simpler communication on Focused Products along with Product team.

- Give market feedback to Investments on products and to the Product team about the Competition Products.

- Feedback to Investments team on Distributor/ Investor queries on Funds/Products.

- Accompany Sales team in key distributor meeting (Advisory IFA, UHNI, Private Wealth RM) and closely manage Key Family Offices/UHNIs in the respective region.
