This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Manager of Operations at Stanworth Management Private Limited (A Unit of UDS Group). The Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and implementing efficient processes to meet operational goals.

Role & responsibilities

Monitoring daily manpower status at sites by obtaining inputs from team members and ensuring the status is in line with the expectations.

• Ensuring the checks and balances in the manpower deployment at sites.
• Promoting Brand image
• Determine client needs and ensure deliveries
• Oversee assignment of employees and plan staff development
• To keep a track on absenteeism, to arrange the alterations of the staff duties through site in-charge.
• Proper management of inventory and supplies at sites
• Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
• Supervise and appraise operation executives
• Support implementation of all technology advancements at client place.

Client Management

• Liaising with the clients and Ensuring smooth functioning of the operations at sites.
• Follow ups for the outstanding payments from clients.
• Responsible for Manpower planning and forecasting for all ongoing sites
• Monitoring and adhering technical, operation and repair and maintenance as per SLA
• Accountable for statutory compliance at client site
• Documenting client feedback at regular interval
• Ensure sustainability of site business requirements and incremental growth year on year

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial capacity.

• Should have good strategic planning skills to lead the zone in the recommended direction
• Should have collaboration skills and good client relationship
• Should showcase skills to lead from the front
• Good communication skills
• Project Management skills and deliver short- and long-term contracts
• Should be based out of Hospitality industry.
