The Assistant will provide a confidential, efficient administrative and professional service. Assist with day to day activities, planning and organisation, meeting and travel arrangements, and provide support on any specific subjects linked to the activities in the area.

Gender : Female Candidate. Qualification : Minimum Degree + PG will be added advantage, Language : English, Telugu & Tamil should know.

Experience : Minimum : 2 + years

Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
• Correspondence: Respond to emails, letters, and phone calls
• Note-taking: Take notes and create reminders
• Travel arrangements: Make travel and hotel arrangements
• Event planning: Plan events and assist with household management
• Time management: Manage time and daily tasks
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation and filing systems
• Assist with all administration and secretarial activities : manage and follow up agenda and
• Ensure conflicting issues are communicated, answer phone calls, organise meetings, prepare and distribute minutes, manage and organise travels, manage expenses if needed,
• Provide support in making presentations when needed, preparing reports etc.
• Ensure smooth communication with Functional HODs & depts heads.
• Be involved in any additional tasks or missions related to the activities of the Business,….
