Responsibilities of the Candidate:
1. Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse range of job postings and increase employer engagement.
2. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze user behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends.
3. Collaborate with employers and internal stakeholders to identify job posting requirements and ensure high-quality listings.
4. Engage with our community and help drive traffic to the Jobs and Internship section.
5. Conduct A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and conversion rates.
6. Explore new partnership opportunities and employer engagement initiatives to expand the network and increase employer satisfaction.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the division and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
8. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Jobs and Internship Section, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to set goals and targets.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree in any field (MBA will be a plus), along with relevant experience in the jobs and internships space.
2. Strong understanding of the recruitment space, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
3. Familiarity with online job boards, applicant tracking systems, and HR software.
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
6. Ability to identify target user segments, understand their needs, and devise data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire and engage them.
