Job Description
- Searching talent by posting job advertisements, using social media platforms and job sites.
- Should have the exposure in academic hiring at a University Level, which includes hiring for Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor Positions.
- Hands-on experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter, IIM Jobs and Naukri.com is mandatory.
- Should be exposed to Technology Hiring and NON-IT Hiring. Set up the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
- Searching the database/web /headhunting, and job sites to source the required resumes, sourcing candidates based on job descriptions through posting positions on job sites, internet searches, headhunting, referrals and database and screening.
- Negotiating salaries, completing documentation of candidates such as cross-checking references, generating offer letters and managing post-offer documentation
- Candidate database management and tracking.
- Manage full cycle recruitment at all levels, including coordinating, interviewing, and negotiating compensation packages, offer roll out, and post offer engagement till onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics (offer acceptance rates, hiring timelines, diversity stats).
- Analyse hiring trends and improve recruitment strategies.
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and candidates for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the requirements.
