Gold Loan Officer - Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

The Gold Loan Officer (GLO) will be the one-point contact for all Gold Loan related activities in the Branch. He / She will be responsible for ensuring all the SOPs of gold loan are followed and the gold loan customer is given exemplary service during his entire tenor of the loan.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the growth & quality of gold loan book of the branch. Driving sales by converting the leads generated. Following up for payment with overdue and margin shortfall customers and ensuring collections as per targets​

- Attending customers who are visiting the branch for availing a gold loan or for any activity related to their existing gold loan​

- Explaining the product & convincing customers to avail gold loan​

- Managing & Executing the entire processes during the entire loan life cycle as per the SOP laid down by the bank​

- Executing all system entries in the Gold Loan LOS & LMS system​

- Ensuring TAT adherence in the disbursal of the loan​

- Maintaining various MIS & Reports​

- Coordinating & managing the relationship with External Valuer to ensure timely valuation of the customer's gold​

- Coordinating with the Internal Audit team and ensuring satisfactory audit reports​

- Coordinating with HO Team for approvals, clarifications, etc to ensure timely sanction & disbursal of gold loans​

- Coordinating with Customer Service team for resolution of any service-related issues​

- Suggesting changes to the product team to improve the customer experience & turnaround time​
