Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Gather, define, and document business requirements to support IT and project teams.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.

- Develop business process models and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis.

- Conduct impact analysis for new business initiatives and system enhancements.

- Create functional specifications and ensure clear communication with development teams.

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management activities.

- Provide training and guidance to end-users on new system functionalities and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Business Analysis within the Life Insurance domain, with expertise in Life Asia.

- Strong knowledge of life insurance calculations, including surrender, annuity, ULIP, and maturity transactions.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to define, document, and validate business requirements effectively.

- Strong understanding of IT systems and project management methodologies.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus.

- Availability for immediate to 20-day joining period.
