Role & responsibilities

i) Day to day solution bath analysis of following process alkaline Zn plating/ Acid Zn plating/ Barrel Plating/ CED/ Phosphating/ Treatment and Painting line

ii) Regular Process audit of above mentioned processes

iii) Product Testing/ qualification based on Sampling Plan- SST test, Adhesion Test etc

iv) Record Keeping of all the above checks and controls

v) Checks and Controls/ Inspection of Incoming Chemicals

vi) Periodic inspection of shelf life chemicals used in Shop

vii) Visit to Chemical suppliers for audit and assessment

KPI

i) Raise Red Flag in case of chemicals being used in various processes are not of desired quality level

ii) Raise Red Flag in case of final parts failing during post production inspection

iii) Raise Red Flag in case of Shelf life chemical storage and usage non compliance

iv) Report any Non Compliance in the system

Chemical Supplier Audits on periodic basis
