Consultant - Business Management (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

-Donor Relations: Develop and oversee donor engagement strategies to maintain long-term support, ensuring timely communication of the organization's impact.

- Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across various departments, addressing operational challenges and ensuring streamlined workflows.

- Executive Support: Assist the CEO with strategic planning, reporting, and managing key organizational priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5 to 8 years of experience in business management, stakeholder engagement, donor relations, or interdepartmental coordination.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive operational efficiency.

- Proficiency in Excel reporting and data analysis.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
