The Role

Were looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong Azure expertise to join our team. Youll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure while mentoring a new junior engineer who will join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage our Azure-based infrastructure
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting
• Implement security best practices and compliance requirements
• Document infrastructure and operational procedures
• Mentor a junior DevOps engineer

Required Skills Experience

• 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud engineering experience
• 3+ years working with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Storage, SQL, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates)
• Proficiency in scripting/programming ( Bash, Python or Golang)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of networking concepts and security principles
• Experience with monitoring tools and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling infrastructure for growing businesses
• Knowledge of compliance and security requirements for cloud services
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, etc.)
