Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the PAN India logistics, warehouse & billing operations for all the sales Channels.
• To drive operational excellence and process improvements across the billing and logistics supply chain.
• Manage and oversee budgets allocated for logistics and automation projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• To manage budgeting, planning, and auditing of logistics operations and to promote, execute and evaluate operational plans.
• Craft and execute a strategic roadmap for automating logistics systems while fostering close collaboration with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Candidate should have 12-18 years of relevant experience in FMCG/ FMCD industry
