Role & responsibilities

1. Yearly AOP preparation with detailed analysis and review with CFH and CCEO
2. Monthly Forecast Preparation with detailed analysis and review with CFH and CCEO
3. Monthly Monitoring of cost AOP Vs actual
4. Drive Cost reduction initiative thru CLT
5. Site ID wise cost analysis and working on negative/NIL EBIDTA sites
6. Monthly Capex governance at Circle
7. Drive Capex cost reduction initiative thru CLT
8. Site ID & Product wise cost analysis
9. Regular Monitoring and closure of Open Audit Points on internal audits and IFC
10. Book closure, Provisioning at month end, submissions of all details to Corporate as per timelines/format.
11. Balance Sheet Review
