6. Must possess good communication, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skill.
7.Should be good at various problem-solving tools, ensure completion of the project jobs as entrusted in stipulated time with maintaining desired quality standards of all norms .
8.Ensure effective cost Management to minimize variable cost and fixed cost, under the situation and maintain financial discipline. Plan for benchmark improvements for timely completion of civil projects.
9. Direct / guide & ensure effective management of people to ensure productivity, skills & development of motivated and performance-oriented workforce .
