Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating with the employees for end to end training activities for various trainings - Sending Invites, forming Whatsapp group, ensuring the download of apps (WebEx & MS Teams).
• Coordinating with the facilitators to keep them informed on their sessions
• Provide support to the employees to join the training session, also track and report absenteeism.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously
• Providing support to the L & D Manager to drive completion of Mandatory Training courses
