Sr Business Systems Analyst - Revenue and Quote To Cash Systems

1. Work with a cross-functional team to build financial systems supporting and automating the Quote to Cash lifecycle
2. Identify business-driven needs
3. Produce concise yet effective business requirements
4. Identify gaps and recommend action plans and prioritization
5. Review existing processes and lead the creation of requirement user stories to engage with IT and build the solution
6. Implement third-party financial applications, especially ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
7. Integrate in-house and third-party applications with Revenue and Quote to Cash financial systems
8. UAT Support and post-production support
9. Establish cutover planning and data migrations
10. Support month-end close process
11. Provide consulting services to the internal collaborators, offer expert level understanding of revenue and settlements systems configuration.
12. Manage system improvement and modification to meet business needs within the core revenue, order to cash and settlements systems

1. Minimum 8+ years of business analysis and system design experience working with financial systems
2. Experience in deploying financial application projects globally in a controlled environment
3. Passionate about improving processes and articulating to partners using various tools and techniques- process flows, data flows, business use cases, etc
4. You know how to use data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
5. Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.
6. Passion for Ubers mission and the companys hybrid technology/operations nature.
7. A track record of driving challenging and complex programs/projects to closure
8. In-depth understanding of large companys accounting monthly close process and financial controls
9. Strong collaboration and leadership skills
10. Strong working experience in implementing and designing Revenue Systems with high-volume
11. Strong working experience in implementing Quote to Cash Financial Systems especially in the B2B area
12. Strong SQL skills
13. Strong data analytical skills
14. Proficiency in Excel
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1. Expected to have fairly deep technical knowledge
2. Engage with Engineering to gain credibility and deliver the project
3. Comfortable with SQL and Big Data , as well as open-source technologies such as Hive, Presto, Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
