Job Description

Liaise with the relevant stakeholders from different business teams for collections, clearance of customer outstanding
Customer ledger reconciliation as needed

SAP Knowledge is must.

Follow up with the Customers for outstanding recovery.
Follow up with the Sales Team for clearance outstanding.
Tagging of collections on daily basis based on bank statement
Reconciliation of collections received through Razorpay on daily basis
Reconciliation of TDS and tagging of TDS
Ensure to complete the queries received from Sales Team with the set time lines. (OTRS A ticketing System)
Preparation of relevant reports required with reference to Outstanding Balances
Support in the reconciliation of Debtor Balances between the billing system and SAP
Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
Industry experience of atleast 2 to 3 years.
