Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets through outbound calling, telemarketing, and telesales.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong background in outbound sales, team handling, team leading, outbound calling, telemarketing, and Hindi speaking.
  
• Proven track record of achieving targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
  
• 10-15 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in NBFCs or similar sectors.
