Job Description
- Supervise end to end operations in the report review to ensure the TAT
- Knowledge on ISO 17025, NABL, FSSAI, EIC, APEDA, SFDA, BIS & other relevant food regulatory requirements.
- FSSAI Approved Chemist, with the knowledge of the FSSAI Regulations.
- Technical expertise and knowledge in the Food testing for Chemical -Nutritional parameters. Knowledge on Test requirements, standard /specification requirements, Knowledge on product matrix/Industry knowledge about the products.
- Ensuring the compliance of the NABL Logo on the test reports.
- Interpretation of test results in consultation with respective laboratory managers.
- Ensuring correctness of sample details, applicant details, test parameters, units of measurement, test method in test report.
- Communicating with customers for clarification of their requirements w.r.t specification and any other special requirements
- Segregation and identification of non-NABL parameters in test reports.
- Updating daily status of reports released & pending for release to manager.
- Shall be competent to provide Conclusion remarks on reports/knowledge on amendment /part report/reporting of subcontract results ,opinion & interpretations for compliance.
- Knowledge to apply decision rule(uncertainty/recovery) to report results with respect to products.
- Awareness about scopes and accreditations with respect to accreditation/regulatory bodies for report approvals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Heading the Report Review team for the Final Test report release as per the TAT
- Technical support for the customer
- Complaince of the ISO 17025 and other regualtories.
