We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage IT security, ensuring a smooth IT environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
Install, configure, and maintain Kaspersky Endpoint Security to ensure system protection.
Assist in IT asset management, user account setup, and access controls.
Work with the IT team to implement security best practices and system updates.
Document IT processes, issues, and solutions for future reference.
Provide remote support to employees across different locations as needed.
Requirements:
1-2 years of IT Help Desk or IT Support experience.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting user issues.
Familiarity with networking protocols and resolving connectivity problems.
Hands-on experience with Kaspersky Endpoint Security or similar antivirus solutions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tickets, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or CCNA are a plus.
Experience with Active Directory and remote desktop support is an advantage.
