Once a buyer is finalised for a Truva home, the transaction closing process begins. Closing is the final stage of the journey, where all legal and financial agreements are finalised, and ownership of the property is transferred.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to be the key point of contact for both buyers and sellers throughout the closing process. You will ensure that all necessary documentation is completed, timelines are met, and all parties are consistently informed. Your role is crucial in providing a seamless closing experience and ensuring the transaction progresses smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact (POC) for buyers and sellers from the offer acceptance to closing.
Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the closing process, providing assistance and resolving queries.
Ensure all closing documents, including legal and financial papers, are accurately completed and submitted on time.
Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, legal teams, and financial institutions to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, documents, and communication to ensure a seamless handoff to all stakeholders.
