Wlan Testing Engineer

Preferred candidate profile

• Technologies with sound knowledge WLAN IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be Test experience
• Experience on any of the below 3 points -

1. Experience working on RDKB HGW AP, understanding on RDK components, TDK Test Automation framework or similar white box validation, TR-181 datamodel validation using cloud based infra.
2. Knowledge on WPA2/WPA3, MU-MIMO, OFDMA, Beamforming, Roaming etc
3. Experience working on Prpl HAL-API validation, CD router Prpl compliance, TR369 USP and TR181 datamodel validations, TR069 ACS

• Ethernet & Wired networking (added advantage)
• Independent Project handling with analytical ability
• Testing Experience Functional WLAN tests
• Protocols/Layers with good theoretical & practical knowledge. Sound knowledge on Layer 1, 2, 3, IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be
• Traffic Generators Understating and Usage of Traffic generator tools like Spirent / Ixia / Chariot/ Veriwave. Knowledge on RFC2544, RFC2889, RFC3918 tests etc.
• Traffic Analyzers Wireshark, Ethereal, airopeak/omnipeak
• Operating Systems Windows 10/XP/Win7, Linux
• Automation Scripting Knowledge of Automation Scripts is mandatory Python
