Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager - Project Sales to lead sales function for our real estate projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, strategizing sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record in high-value project sales.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive project sales.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders to maximize sales.

2. Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Oversee customer interactions to ensure a seamless and high-quality buying experience.
  • Address high-value customer concerns and resolve escalations efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential buyers to drive referrals and repeat business.

4. Site Operations & Coordination

  • Manage on-site sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between various teams.
  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, and legal teams to ensure efficient sales transactions.
  • Oversee project presentations, site visits, and customer engagement activities.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor pricing, offerings, and strategies.
  • Provide insights to the senior management for data-driven decision-making.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on changing market dynamics.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and present key insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain transparency in sales transactions and customer dealings.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, customer preferences, and sales trends.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • High levels of accountability, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 12 - 18 years of experience in real estate project sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in managing high-rise residential and premium real estate sales.
