• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Application Deployment and service configuration
• Patch Deployment & testing support
• Performance Monitoring and Tuning
• Incident Management
• proficiency in database administration
• DC - DR Drill, Month-end & year end activity support
• Client facing issue simulation & fix for same
• System health check
• Able to debug the production issues & prompt resolution

Skills/Competencies:

• Strong Knowledge of Finacle application Infra Fin 10.2.18
• Good knowledge of OHS & WebLogic
• In depth understanding of Finacle Integrator & Connect 24
• SSO, SVS, CRM & CORE layer communication flow
• Unix & shell scripting
• Basic knowledge of EOD - BOD
• Knowledge of SQL & Finacle tables
• Able to work in shift rotations at client site.
