CRM - Executive / Sr Executive

Locattion - Parel & Marol

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee system updates and documentation post-sales, ensuring all bookings are accurately uploaded after thorough verification and KYC confirmation.
• Ensure timely generation and dispatch of accurate demands and reminders to customers within the specified TAT.
• Record collection entries in the system, generate receipts, and send them to customers daily.
• Accurately prepare and vet agreements as per company processes, maintaining and updating customer files and data in the system regularly.
• Generate precise MIS reports and daily/weekly updates.
• Prepare disbursement-related documents for banks and maintain copies for company records.
• Draft possession-related documents as required.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP or other relevant software is a plus.
• Strong time management, punctuality, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a learning mindset and synergy with cross-functional teams.

Education:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Well versed withSFDC or other ERP.
• Well versed with the current industry practices and standard processes & functions therein.
