Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for lead generation
• Conducting market research to identify selling opportunities by evaluating hot leads
• Continuous building of the sales pipeline
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Should be self driven and high on energy

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring a competitive edge for the company.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
• Sales Targets: Set clear, measurable sales targets and monitor progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and analyze data to provide insights into sales performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards, both for yourself and the sales team.
• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including property developers, brokers, and financial institutions.
