Head - Operations - International Project - Real Estate (18-30 yrs)

Responsibilities includes - (Should have experience of high rise Building work and Marine related construction)

- Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and managers to report on progress.

- Work closely as a head and part of a team with both colleagues within the department and the construction team.

- Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff

- Regularly review timings, budget, labor, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track.

- Reporting to clients and board members on project progress.

- Supplying financial records.

- Monitoring performance against agreed criteria.

- Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.

- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales

- Dealing with contract disputes and mitigating the impact of any issues.

- Working in an office and on a construction site

- Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project

- Working on new tenders

- Establish and maintain good relationships with prospective clients, consultants, and all others in position to affect company fortunes

- Take of any special assignments as directed by the higher officials
