Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update database reports.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Manage the screening process, including resume review and interviews.
• Build strong relationships with applicants and former employees.
• Analyze the companys hiring and talent needs to anticipate future recruitment.
• Handle documentation, employee induction, and site visits.

Local candidates will be preferred.
