Role & responsibilities

A billing job involves a variety of tasks related to invoicing customers, processing payments, and managing financial records:

• Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers
• Payment processing: Receive, verify, and record payments
• Account management: Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and balances
• Communication: Contact customers about payment deadlines, outstanding debts, and other billing issues
• Financial reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on billing activity
• Problem-solving: Identify and resolve billing errors and inconsistencies
