PING Davinci L3 Support

PingOne DaVinci should have a strong understanding of:
* PingOne DaVinci Platform: Its architecture, components, and functionality
* Identity and Access Management (IAM) Concepts: Authentication, authorization, provisioning, and other IAM principles
* Integration Technologies: APIs, connectors, and scripting languages used to integrate with other systems
* Troubleshooting Techniques: Log analysis, network troubleshooting, and debugging tools
* Customer Service Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy
By possessing these skills and knowledge, L2 support engineers can provide timely and effective support to PingOne DaVinci users, ensuring the smooth operation of the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

PingOne DaVinci is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the platform. This includes:
* Incident Management: Responding to and resolving user-reported issues with the PingOne DaVinci platform. This may involve troubleshooting configuration issues, workflow errors, or integration problems.
* Problem Management: Identifying and resolving root causes of recurring issues to prevent future problems.
* Change Management: Assisting with the implementation of changes to the PingOne DaVinci environment, such as new flows, connectors, or configurations.
* Knowledge Management: Documenting troubleshooting steps, known issues, and best practices to improve support efficiency and knowledge sharing.
* Escalation Management: Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams or engineers as needed.
* Customer Communication: Communicating with customers in a clear and concise manner to keep them informed about the status of their support cases.

4)Experience in RESTful API Testing and Integration Validation

5) Issues identification in the work flow and reporting Bugs

5) Performance testing of the API's exposed in PING and application

6) Automate testing flows 

7) Strong knowledge on OAuth,SSO, Authentication.
