Executive - Supplier readiness & Intel Coordinator (JLR)

Role & responsibilities

1. Data Management and Reporting Ownership of the integrity of Release & order Data using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measure process effectiveness and highlight proposed risk mitigation to Programme Management Teams / PMO when not to Target or plan.

2. Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement identifying error states/repeated failures and implementing Interim & Permanent corrective actions with Order placement issues.

3. Influencing & Governance through positive challenge ensuring stakeholder commitments are met or exceeded and that correct processes/systems are adopted to achieve the company deliverables.

4. Project Management of key Deliverables against gateways to support the launch of new products via JLR Product Creation & Delivery System (PCDS) support the delivery of Programmes on time. At cost and to quality. Support of ongoing IT System Development, Process & Strategy Development.

5. Stakeholder Management to align with key cross functional Stakeholders (such as Programme Management, Product Engineering, STA, PMO, IT & Suppliers) ensuring quality and on time inputs to PMO Teams, as well as providing closed loop feedback on delivery against actions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have) SAP, Basic to Advance Excel knowledge, Suppliers, Procurement and Purchasing

2. Leadership Behavior Client Management, Stakeholder Management & effective Communication. Self-motivated, uses initiative and problem solver focused on delivering results

3. Educational Qualification Graduate, PG / MBA

4. Technical Skill required Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Software Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) & Google Chrome 5. Language Proficiency English

6. Experience Required 3+ year
