US IT Recruiter - Night shift ONLY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for US-based clients.

Role & responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 recruitment processes.
• Understand client requirements and find the best-fit candidates.
• Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidates and maintain records.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Experience working with job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.
