Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales, showroom sales, and retail sales of jewelry products to meet targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
• Ensure timely completion of daily tasks, including reporting on sales performance and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
• Adhere to the standard operating procedure in the store.
• Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated section.
• Transfer the stock to the locker at the close of the day.
• Maintain safety of the products displayed to customers and communicate promptly to the superiors about any potential theft.
• Adhere to cost savings practices undertaken in the store.
• Provide support to the marketing team, VM team and IRGS teams in ensuring the compliance of the store and improve footfall
