Asst. Manager-HR

Role & responsibilities

This position will be responsible for managing and executing key HR functions, including Recruitment, Induction, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, and HR Operations. The role requires a proactive and people-oriented professional who can enhance employee experience while ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Utilize job portals, employee referrals, social media, and agencies for sourcing candidates.
• Plan and execute structured Induction & Orientation programs for new hires.
• Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and background verification are completed.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for employees.
• Organize events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Assist in policy implementation and HR process automation.
