Wire Edm Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire EDM machines, including Fanuc control systems.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Program and set up jobs using software's and controls
  
• Monitor machine operation during production runs to identify potential issues or defects.
  
• Troubleshoot problems with machinery and implement solutions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience operating wire EDM machines, preferably in an automobile industry setting.
  
• Strong understanding of EDM operations and grinding machine processes.
  
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications related to part design.
