About the Role.

This role will help oversee cloud services optimization and security, coordinating across teams to enhance infrastructure efficiency and integrity, while managing compliance, disaster recovery, and cloud security.

Responsibilities.

• Consistently hit quarterly Big 3 goals while embodying our CARE values.
• Manage and configure Azure cloud environment services including but not limited to App Services, Database, Storage accounts, Azure functions etc.
• Automate and optimize cloud services and processes.
• Manage and configure Web application firewall and Front Door services for security
• Partner with development and other teams to debug issues related to cloud infrastructure and bring them to resolution.
• Help setup and manage a secure remote workstation system.
• Ability to think logically and strategically to implement infrastructure initiatives throughout the organization.
• Manage ThrivePass infrastructure for performance and cost optimization.
• Configure and manage backups of all services as per ThrivePass’ policies.
• Ensure that ThrivePass’ infrastructure has maximum availability and is optimized for disaster management. Help conduct disaster management activities.
• Manage infrastructure alerts so that appropriate parties are notified for any outages/performance issues.
• Expert in juggling various priorities and always providing clarity on what should be prioritized.
• Zeal to learn and keep updating self knowledge to benefit the profile.
• Manage and configure Azure B2C environment.
• Manage Azure defender services and maintain a healthy security score across the board.
• Configure cloud services for better security following the best practices.

Nice to have

• Manage Azure DevOps for best optimization.
• Manage and setup Azure Sentinel/SIEM tools for security monitoring.
• Manage and configure VPN services.
• Ensure that ThrivePass’ infrastructure is compliant with all necessary security frameworks, do gap analysis, prepare plan for correction and implement.
• Extensive experience with the design and implementation of web applications.

Requirements.

• 3-5 years experience in a similar position doing these responsibilities
• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science/IT or similar field.
• Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in spoken English, can communicate to US team on a regular basis
• Extremely organized
