Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create and develop Body-in-White (BIW) fixture designs using CATIA software.
• 3D Modeling & Detailing: Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of fixtures, including assembly and disassembly sequences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure fixture designs meet manufacturing and production requirements.
• Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies on new fixture designs to enhance and optimize production processes.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs adhere to quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to improving efficiency, precision, and cost-effectiveness of fixture designs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Production/Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in CATIA for fixture design.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of BIW components, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and tooling.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize design and production efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in BIW fixture design, EV industry, or automotive manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of welding, jigs, and fixture development.
