Lead Business Analyst

15-20 Years of Experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• This role requires good client-facing skills.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the alternative asset and capital market with a focus on Private Credit and Private Equity Fund Operations.
• Proficient in the basics of SQL for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in fund accounting and reporting.
• A good knowledge of any ALM tool like JIRA, Rally, Azure Boards etc.
• Should be able to work with distributed teams in Agile development environment.
