Workday Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Technical Specialist with expertise in Workday Extend, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations to meet the complex needs of our business. This role will focus on leveraging Workday Extend to build custom applications, optimize integrations, and enhance Workdays functionality to deliver seamless, scalable solutions. With a strong background in Workday integration tools and over 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will drive key initiatives and ensure our Workday system aligns with evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Workday Extend to design and implement custom applications that enhance functionality, addressing unique business requirements and workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and various external systems (e.g. financial platforms) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
• Build tailored applications within Workday Extend, optimizing business processes and expanding the platforms capabilities to support specialized operational needs.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring smooth and timely delivery with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Proactively address integration-related technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Workday integration and application development, with proven experience using Workday Extend.
• Proficient in Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Advanced skills in scripting languages (e.g., JSON, XML) and the ability to design complex, scalable workflows within Workday Extend.
• Strong skills in explaining technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Experience in Capital Market, Investment banking domain is preferred.
