Talent Sourcer(Early Career SEA )

Position Overview

As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Sourcer will support our global growth ambitions by sourcing and shortlisting candidates for a variety of business areas and functional specialisms in order to attract top talent to Third Bridge.

You ll build key relationships with candidates, teammates and cross-functional stakeholders, promoting our employer brand and acting as an ambassador for Third Bridge in the marketplace.

What you ll need:

You will have previous experience within a sourcing role where you ve successfully sourced both active and passive candidates across multiple functional specialisms. We re looking for someone who is proactive, and self-managing who understands the importance of delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You ll be able to find great people, as well as understand stakeholder briefs so that you can build longlists and shortlists, as well as proactively manage talent pipeline activities.

You ll be the first person that candidates meet in our process, so you ll need to take pride in everything that you do, sourcing, selecting and assessing top talent for our business.

Of course, you ll also need excellent communication and presentation skills, while also being open to receiving feedback which will help us to continue to improve and evolve as a talent acquisition team.
