Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Lead Developer with 7+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of relevant experience in React Native to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of mobile application development, guide a team of developers, and ensure best practices are followed across projects. You will work closely with product management, design teams, and backend developers to deliver high-performance and scalable mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of React Native developers in designing and developing mobile applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and create project roadmaps.
• Develop, test, and deploy React Native applications across Android and iOS platforms.
• Ensure smooth integration with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices in code quality, architecture, and testing.
• Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to the development team.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure seamless user experience.
• Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and app store requirements.
• Manage version control, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Technical analysis of legacy applications
• Ensuring code/module reusability
• Prepare Technical feasibility documentation
• Estimate projects

Requirements:

• • 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• • 4 years of hands-on experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.
• • Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript.
• • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and performance tuning.
• • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• • Knowledge of Redux or other state management libraries.
• • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• • Experience with Android and iOS development environments and deployment processes.
• • Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
