Planning Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Plans and schedules production, manages resources, and tracks performance.
• Production planning Determine how to manufacture a product, Estimate the quantity and cost of production.
• Develop production schedules, and Plan and release raw materials and other consumables.
• Resource management Interface with vendors to arrange resources
• Manage inventory, Determine economic order levels, and Adapt resource allocation based on production schedules.
• Performance tracking Compile management reports on plant performance, Set up and maintain tracking mechanisms.
• Identify areas for improvement, Adjust campaign strategies, and Follow up on processes to identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure that actual production meets scheduled requirements.
• Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely procurement.
• Communicate with stakeholders to report on campaign effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Material management
• Knowledge of Project management activities
• Inventory management & material planning.
• Strong Technical Knowledge.
• Technical writing skills good communicator.
• Proficient Computer skills understanding of ERP systems.
• Detail oriented, ability to prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
