Job Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and offering personalized service. Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present product offerings to clients, demonstrate product features, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the companys products/services to effectively address customer queries, present benefits, and close sales. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Engage with customers to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ultimately closing sales deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems. Provide regular reports to management on performance. Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments, helping improve products and services.
